Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you placed your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. There is a 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (example: jewelry items that are in original packaging with tags, sealed cosmetics etc.)
Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Lingerie, cosmetics, health and personal items and clearance are FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS, NO IN STORE CREDIT.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also ask that you provide tracking number for every item being returned to us. We are not responsible if items get lost or damaged in transit; if that's the case, we will contact you to inform you and no refunds will be issued.
NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS on any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or any sign of wear and stains, will not be accepted and will be disposed off and you will receive notification.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery without our consent will be donated to charity and no refund will be issued.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days. Note that it may take up to 14 business days to see your amount credited back to your account, due to each financial institution processing payments differently.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment; if this is not possible, you will receive only in store credit. We do not refund to any other form of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale - Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Regular priced items purchased with a 20% off coupon or more are returnable for online credit only.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective as long as we have that item in stock. Otherwise, please follow our return policy.
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise if you receive a damaged item. We will not accept item back if 3 days have passed. Unfortunately, we cannot cover an item if it becomes damaged after it was received and not due to it being delivered that way.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will let you know if we can offer you an exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping return and must include Tracking number. If item does not include tracking number, we are not responsible if it gets lost and no refunds will be issued.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you must follow the above policy.
To return your product, you should contact us for information about return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.
Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or in store credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
